Why is sleeping important?
Sleeping is important because if you don't get the proper amount of time sleeping, you are going to be sleepy in the afternoon and your brain is not going to work right. People know why sleeping is important , but they dont know the exact reasons why its so important and how much sleep they need. Whenever you get sick and you get a good night sleep, when you wake up you feel much better. Sleeping is very helpful so you should enjoy getting a good sleep. Kids whine when their parents tell them to sleep. But they should be happy and thankful when they say that. Start sleeping early and be thankful. When you wake up after you get a good sleep you will be in a good mood and ready to learn.
