Hours of Sleeping (baby, kid, teen, adult)
Babies are the smallest of all the four ages. Since thats so, babies need 16 hours of sleep each day. They have to take naps in the afternoon. Kids are the second smallest of the four. Toddlers need about 14 hours per day, 3-6 years old need about 10 or 12 hours a day, 7-12 years olds need about 10-11 hours per day. Teenagers from 13 years old to 18 years old need about 8 hours a day. Adults need about 50 hours a week so if you divide 50 by 7 you would find the answer which is 7r1 hours. So they would need about 7 hours sleeping.
